What is the light transmission of PLEXIGLAS® molding compound in the UV (ultraviolet) range??

top

Most of our colored molding compound grades are light-absorbing in the range from 250 to 380 nm (UV range). In transparent grades, the UV transmission depends on the grade. PLEXIGLAS® 7N is UV-transmitting in the range from 250 to 380 nm, whereas PLEXIGLAS® 8N absorbs almost all UV light.

We will be pleased to provide corresponding transmission diagrams on request. Please use our contact form.
